I wouldn't say the experience was "great" but it worked better on hemorrhoids than anything else I've tried. Took a little longer than expected but it did the job none of the other could do. Highly recommend it.

I have decided to leave my review on trustpilot because I believe reviews here to be truthful and uninfluenced. My issue before trying pranicura was that for months I was stuck in a cycle of an anal fissure partly healing then retearing. I read that healing is slow because the anal sphincter is tight and thus doesn't allow enough circulation for quicker healing. I tried all sorts of creams and that popular essential oils brand that claims to be a cure and nothing broke the cycle. I bought pranicura feeling desperate and being convinced it was probably another "snake oil" treatment. I followed the instructions exactly. I think this is where people are going wrong that say it causes horrendous burning. You need to wait for a bit of the healing process to start on it's own so you aren't applying this cream to raw or broken skin. I entirely believe it would burn if you do. I waited for a bit of healing to start and then was applying the cream three times per day at first then twice a day after while. The feeling it gave me was a relaxing warmth similar to a sitz bath. So, I believe it helped to relax the area and that this improved the circulation so healing could take place. It also initially gave me the feeling of needing to go toilet but that passed after about 20 minutes. It took about 6 weeks to heal and I no longer need to use the cream.

Was skeptical at first, but has ended up being the only thing that has really worked. Totally recommend.

After years of itchy butt, tried this, worked for a week then returned. However I kept on using, sticking to the advisory, now it has started working, the odd time I get an itch but overall,bits definitely a whole lot better using pranicura!

Alleluia! finally after months of trying different products I bought the somewhat pricey Pranicura treatment cream. I followed the plan directions diligently and within 2 weeks had almost no symptoms. Don’t waste money trying different things just buy it and follow it ! It works as it says it will -slowly but effectively and thoroughly. It’s been over a month with no symptoms since I’ve been cured -yes cured !!
