I was dealing with an anal fissure for just over a year. I tried everything. The most painful thing in my damn life. I used Pranicura and within days I notice relief and results! I applied it MINIMUM 5X a day. And it fixed my fissure and allowed me to heal. Make sure you keep up with your water intake and don't strain on the toilet. I made sure to not have more than 2 bowel movements a day. I always bring a jar with me whenever I am traveling just in case. I've been fissure-free for 3 years.

A soothing cream this may be but by no means a cure for anal fissure. The spiel on the website is that Dr Chung has seen people heal from Pranicura, but if you watch his YouTube channel you’ll find he admits it cannot heal anal fissure. I went through hell with the condition and I was so desperate I would try anything. In the end the only thing that worked was to take a laxative like Laxido or Movicol regularly, increase water intake and have a diet overhaul. That done, after some time it is finally manageable. I understand the desperation that leads people to believe in a “miracle cure” like this, especially when you read the “fantastic” reviews. However it is just a cream, and apart from soothing the immediate area, did nothing whatsoever to heal my fissure.

Panicura gave me my sanity and life back. Follow the instructions to the letter, change diet to keep to soft, 1-2 BMs per day. This saved me from the weeks of razor-sharp pain during BMs. My experience... a miraculous blessing in my life and worth every penny to me. A 1000% changed my life and I'm so grateful to finally be free from that gripping, horrible pain. Thank you, Panicura!

This is a great product that I have used for many years. The only issue I have is that being in Australia the cost of postage is very high and makes obtaining the product regularly very expensive.

An absolute MIRACLE product. Did EXACTLY what the description says it does by following the instructions. From day one I had relief,Until I was healed 😌. Over time and recurring symptoms I've been using this product the last three years and ALWAYS had the same results,comfort & healing 🙏. IT is an AMAZING product.👌 By FAR the BEST on the market,short of a prescription. I highly recommend this product to ANYONE suffering from the anal issues described by this product. "MY" results were astonishing,👍👍'S up!!!!

So I guess I’m going 3 stars it’s just a bit better than prep H not much but just a little. I’m giving 3 stars because the jar last longer than a tube Prep H so that was a good thing and price for price this is just a little cheaper. I was hoping with all the reviews I had high hopes cause this stinks to deal with and 12 years now I was hoping for relief but nope but we are all different it’s definitely worth a try for the price you never know it could work for you. Again money wise it’s about the same so if I was you I’d risk the change it might work for you
