Hi Deborah, We are sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction. While we respect your right to share your experience, we respectfully but firmly disagree with the allegations regarding PRAE Enterprise's integrity, communication, and dispute practices. REGARDING RESULTS: Your account had completed only one round of disputes. Credit repair requires investigations and responses; results cannot be guaranteed after one round. More importantly, our team had NO access to your updated credit reports and therefore could not verify ANY first-round results. Our Customer Service Manager called and sent you a text explaining that updated reports were needed to confirm changes and offering to review your progress and address your concerns. Without those reports, no one can reliably determine whether accounts were deleted, corrected, updated, or unchanged. We will not claim unverified results, but it is equally inaccurate to conclude that nothing changed without reviewing the reports. REGARDING COMMUNICATION: Our Customer Service Manager made multiple attempts to reach you by phone and sent text messages offering to personally discuss your concerns and progress. We also communicated by email. We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that the only time you hear from our team is when a payment is due. Our outreach reflects support, not simply billing. REGARDING DOCUMENTS: As part of our standard onboarding process, EVERY client receives a welcome call from our Customer Service Department following enrollment. Our team explains communication options, sends the app link, and demonstrates how to use it. Clients can simply snap a picture of a letter or supporting document, tap upload, and our team is automatically notified so we can review it and take the appropriate next steps. Our records confirm that you successfully downloaded the app. This avoids faxing or mailing stacks of paperwork. Email is another option you have already used, and traditional mail remains available. Our mailing address is publicly listed, including right here on our Trustpilot profile. These submission options were available. REGARDING PRICING: The $200 monthly amount referenced in your review was part of your individually arranged service agreement. PRAE Enterprise does not use one-size-fits-all pricing. Pricing depends on each client's agreed scope of work. Your arrangement should not be interpreted as our standard pricing for every client. REGARDING THE FRAUD CONCERN: We take your account of what a credit bureau reportedly told you seriously. Disputing inaccurate balances, dates, payment histories, or other reporting details is NOT the same as reporting identity theft or alleging someone fraudulently opened an account. Our established process is written disputes submitted through certified mail. We NEVER call creditors or credit bureaus to submit disputes for clients, nor is it our practice to falsely claim identity theft or request closure of legitimate accounts. Without the bureau's underlying records, we cannot determine why it characterized the dispute as you described. That statement alone does not establish what our letters actually said.
