We are truly sorry that you were disappointed with our services. You're absolutely right to be frustrated with the results that you saw. We take full responsibility for not explaining more clearly exactly what to expect during the first couple of weeks of our farming process. It's quite normal during this initial phase to have a subpar ACoS. We are essentially placing a lot of bets and not all of those bets are going to pay off. However, we definitely dropped the ball on keeping you informed and seeing proper expectations. Your feedback is incredibly valuable in helping us to improve. Going forward, we will be making some significant changes to our onboarding process, including: - Improving our initial client briefings to set clear expectations about our farming process. - Providing more frequent and detailed updates during the early stages of engagement. - Establishing clear performance benchmarks and timelines for improvement. Again we thank you for your insights and we would welcome the opportunity to discuss your experience in more detail and explore how we can address your concerns. Please feel free to contact our customer success team at [email protected] if you would like to discuss this further.
