I was not informed you had switched companies. I didn't know you had switched companies until I had received notification from the company.

Good morning my experience with the power wizard when I called the company because the power company that I’m using gave me your email stating it was time for me to renew now I’ll call Power wizard and the person on the phone told me my policy was not ending until October so I disregarded the email know if my agent at Power wizard would have told me that the company that I’m using is over then I would’ve went ahead and renewed my contract or have Power Wizard To find me One instead I was Not aware due to the misunderstanding power wizard agent Explain to me.

So far so good....

Overall i really like this service. My initial enrollment was smooth and simple.
