Power Wizard has kept my power bills as low as possible. Currently the rate is lower than I could find on my own but the fees charged by the electric company raise the cost. In any case it's still lower than my previous providers. I would like to be in a shorter contract with the current provider (1 year) in hopes I could get moved to yet another lower option, but I feel Power Wizard has chosen the best option for me and is doing what the said they would do.

The problem is not your, it me. I had been battling with extreme electric bills no matter who I chose. Then compounded with the pandemic and grandchildren, i was in deep water about to go under. With joining Power Wizard after the second electric company, I'm out of the water. Thank you for your help. I didn't realize what you was going to do, but now I know. If the electric company change their rate you all change companies. Thank you for empowering the consumer.

Power wizard did a pretty good job of keeping my power bills lower than my previous power provider but not as low as I had hoped. Now I’m being transferred to the same provider I was with before registering with power wizard. I will stay with them for now because I can keep my current plan but may look elsewhere when my contract is up. Reliant would not work with me for a lower rate when I was with them before.

First off, Texas utility selection is . . . way more complicated than it should be! PW made it simple - they do ALL the work. The only reason for not 5 stars is I had some initial confusion on the auto bill pay set up with the new supplier. Not sure if it was because PW has the account password with supplier or not but they fixed and I have continued to have lower bills for same usage since I signed up. PW was quick to fix it. Why was I so slow????
