Absolutely no communication unless I called them. They failed to end my contract even after I called and then the energy provider continued to charge me even after I moved out. Don't use this pointless middle-man company and deal with your provider directly.

There was no communication from this company unless I initiated it by phone, which took forever and no emails or written communication until I cancelled and I had to ask 3 times for a proof of cancellation. What's more the plan they put me with was only an 11 month plan and I ended up 3 times my regular bill becuase I didn't replace them until after a year! Don't bother with this service. It's a joke and can be costly.

Communication is nonexistent. Company didn't check to see if any fees would be charged by my prior provider to terminate that service $300. nor did they advise me to check. They selected a new provider and set up an account but has yet provided me sign on information. Appears to be a scam. If legit they need to quickly correct the problems they've created. If not their clients should file a class action lawsuit seeking damages.
