The Powerstep Pinnacle Plus inserts we recommended by my doctor. They are a perfect fit and provide exactly the support and cushioning my feet need. I tried several more heavily advertised inserts, but foot pain returned every time. Now, after several months on the Pinnacle Plus inserts, my podiatrist says I shouldn't need to see him for another year or more.

Simple, prompt and easy online order process. Your ortho insert pads are a bit pricy and a little vague as to their approrpriate use (because of your selection varety) but you do have a good product. I was introduced to your product many many years ago at the San Diego County Fair at Delmar Fairgrounds in CA and have continued using since that time. It was a real comfort saver for my profession as a state highway worker for 30 years.

I've tried many different insoles and Powerstep is the only one that work for me. I was having a lot of pain with every step I took and tried the Powerstep and I've not had anymore pain. I've been wearing them in my shoes for about three years now! Love them!!!!!

I had been having a problem with metatarsal pain. I went to a podiatrist and he suggested I get this brand of orthotics (I had been using Spenco brand inserts and he said they were not firm enough.) I bought one pair of the Powerstep 'Original full length Orthotics' to start so I could see if I liked them. They have been wonderful. My pain has gone away completely. They are true to size (I normally wear a women's 8 and I wasn't sure if I might need to trim them but they fit perfectly - just remember to remove the insoles that come with your shoes before using these.) Also it is very easy to switch them out with my other shoes. I have been using one pair and transferring them back and forth between different shoes but I will probably buy at least one more pair so I that don't need to do that anymore. I highly recommend these orthotics!
