I have purchased at least 5 different inserts for my plantar faciaitis. The power step was recommended by a foot doctor. As long as I am wearing it, I have no pain. I'm in law enforcement and wear hard soled work boots all day. After 10 hours with the power steps on, I still have no pain. They are uncomfortable running though. It works when I run but the arch is felt the entire time.

Have been using Powerstep insoles for a few years now ( at Drs recommendation)My feet, legs and lower back no longer ache. Insoles make breaking in new shoes a piece of cake. I walk on concrete floors all day with no problems. they even make my shoes last longer! glad you sell on-line, since my dr passed away I have been having difficulty finding the style of insole I like. Thank You for such a wonderful product!!!

I was having trouble with plantar fascitis and these inserts were recommended by a friend. They fit well and have helped reduce the pain in my foot.

Powerstep products are simply great.You will have to carefully follow each each products instructions in order to get the most benefits from them.Their Archmolds moldable shoe inserts allow me to do my job in a big box retailer store for many hours in a day.They fit much better than my foot doctors molded inserts.I have just started to use the runners recovery compression socks,so far a good purchase.I have 4 sets of Archmolds all purchased over the last two years.They seem to last longer than doctor molded ones.So sorry Doc!

Installed a pair of the Powerstep Pinnacle Maxx into my 5yr old New Balance shoes and what a difference. The shoes supported my feet as they did when new. I've since purchased several more pairs of the Powersteps for my other shoes.

I suffered from plantar fasciitis in both feet at the same time. I couldn't get out of bed since I started putting Power Step insoles in my shoes I no longer suffer from the pain of plantar fasciitis. I do Zumba dance exercise five times a week with no problems and no recurrence of pain. Power Step is a wonderful company I order on-line and have my insoles in a few days. They earned their 5 stars!
