I had a callus on the outside of my big toe and my arch was falling and my foot and callus were very painful. My podiatrist recommended trying an arch support from Powerstep. He advised me to get the 3/4 length one. So I decided to try them. I ordered them and in about 3 days they were delivered to my home. I put them in my shoes immediately and put my shoes on and wore them for a few hours and could almost immediately tell a difference. I still have the callus but it is much better and the pain in my foot is gone. It was money well spent. And I will buy again when I need new ones.

Since inserting these into my shoes, I have experienced a noticeable difference in my walk. My feet no longer run over to the side. The insoles help maintain the support needed for my arch.

I am wearing the Pinnacle Plus Full Length Orthotics because of my Morton's Neuroma problem. It is my first full week wearing it all day and it is a big difference. I couldn't walk before, so much pain. I did not know what kind of shoes to wear. With this orthotics I am the same active person that I was before. I am so happy with them.
