They help a person with narrow feet fit into more shoes. Dress shoes maybe found, but outdoor work shoes are a struggle with A with feet when you are a man. Am wearing them right now.

The company was excellent and efficient with the product shipment. I was a little disappointed to realize the actual product had change since my last purchase one year ago. The leather on the product is less appealing and it looks like the overall product is less supportive. I have now worn them for 2 weeks and they seem to be supportive. I would continue to recommend this company and the product. Happy in Minnesota

These insoles work well in our shoes and provide wonderful support. Supports equivalently to the Powerstep Pro (only available through podiatrists).
