I have used these Powerstep inserts before when my foot doctor suggested them for plantar fasciitis in my left heel. They helped immensely. A few months ago I needed new ones because I developed fasciitis in my right heel and the older Powersteps had a couple holes in them. So my husband ordered a few pairs for me and they are a great help. They arrived in very good time and I am happy to have them. No complaints!
