Last purchase I bought upgrade for shoe inserts and did not see any improvement.

The instep was too high and hard. They just weren't right for me. Seemed to be good quality though.

I have had the max insoles for awhile now. they work good for correcting your foot problems but the only draw back is they have already fallen apart. so because of that i find it hard to buy again

I love and need the support (flat feet) and bought orthotics for each of my pairs of shoes. They sometimes cost as much as the shoes themselves but unfortunately are not as durable. The shipping fees are also very expensisve. I had to choose between 10% off or free shipping on my order which was almost equivalent. Shame when you spend over $400!

The last two words of the review title are important (FOR ME). Being a long time plantar fasciitis sufferer, I'm tried dozens of shoe inserts, both off the shelf and custom made and have read countless articles and product reviews. What I've found is that often what works for one person does not necessarily work for another and trial and error seems to be the most effective method. In this case, I found that the Pinnacle insert feels good around the house but the arch is just a little too high (for me) with the repeated hard foot pounding that comes from hiking, and it begins to hurt. On the other hand, the arch is too low in the Archmold product (again for me); even with custom heat molding it does not come up high enough in the arch to give me proper support. One thing I really did like about the Archmold is that it has a lower profile and is made of a softer material than my current heat mold product (Sole brand) so it is more comfortable and gives me more room in the toe box due to it's lower profile. I wish this was a more positive review as I was hoping that one of these products would work for me where others have failed. I'll just have to go back to my previous heat molded product which comes close to ideal for me but like the Archmold, is just a little too low in the arch and crowds my toes with it's high profile.

The only reason I received my product is because I called the company one week after I made the online order. It seems there is a problem with customer service and ordering online? When I called it took Tracy a couple of hours to find my order? But once company knew there was a problem they jumped right in and made sure I received my product. The company may want to try another shipping method also. FedX claimed they delivered but they didn't. When Tracy called FedX they told it was delivered to the door. When the rep from FedX called she told me it was delivered to Condo office. Was not delivered at all. I will not use FedX again.

Gave me instant stability after 23 years of wobbling forward. I had just learned a few months before than support under my metatarsal gave me stability I hadn't experienced for twenty-three years since my traumatic brain injury. I wish I knew the optimum placement of the pads, and the optimum thickness, It would be very nice if the glue didn't wear out as quickly.

they work pretty good,but the old pair i think worked better,i stand on concrete floor all day my feet still hurt,my heels feel sore.
