For the price of the inserts, they should hold up better and last longer. I bought mine about a month ago and they are already showing a hole forming.

The quality was equal to other shoe arch support and yours were a bit expensive.I was not happy or satisfied with what I received. My foot doctor recommended your product but I was not impressed. Sorry I spent more money and found the same quality equal to other brands less expensive.

The three-quarter length is not comfortable in my flat shoes with a 3/4" heel. It irritates my feet. I also thought that the arch would be a little stiffer. I love my regular Powerstep full foot Protech and wish that I had bought the shorter version of that.

the insole that I purchased supposed to help the arch and soften my steps but my foot still hurt just as much as before.

I have neurological and orthopedic issues, and I have worn the Powerstep Pinnacle and Pinnacle Maxx. Both provide good support, with the Pinnacle Maxx providing extra support in the heel. Although I was disappointed the Powerstep insole/"orthotic" lasted only 7 months, I purchased another pair. I am considering going back to the Dr. Scholls, as the longevity of the product is the same and the quality similar.
