I bought a pair for me and my wife. After trying for 2 weeks we both agree they produce to much pressure on our arches.

After purchasing the insoles, I have had nothing but increasing pain in my joints. I wait 10 days before taking out the insoles and going back to my old significantly worn insoles. I had bought them in the hopes that my feet pain would ease up and I would become more functional. This was not the case. Not only did my feet pain increase, I developed pain in knees, hips, and lower back, too. I am no longer using the insoles and my back and knees have return to occasional discomfort. They did not help the pronation of my feet, actually made it worse, hence the knee, hip and back pain. You get what you pay for.

Dear Brenda, We would like to see that everyone receives pain relief and support from our Powerstep products. I have reviewed your order, and would like to suggest a different item which may relieve your joint pain. Our Pinnacle Full Length, offers a zero break-in period, has a plush top cover and provides slightly more support as the items you purchased. If you are interested, feel free to contact our office and we would be happy to provide you with more information.

My doctor told to get your (model I don't recall now) but I was told it was only available from doctors and not sold to individuals. I called my Dr. and she told me to tell you, she was new here in Tillamook, Oregon from Ohio and to ask for the model she recommended. After much graveling, without success, on my part I was sent to sales and told the Slim Tech was very similar but with less padding. I got the Slim Tech, used it for an hour for 2 days. I've had custom inserts twice before so I'm very familiar with breaking periods. The Slim Tech hurt my knees and I returned them within days of receiving them. That was over a month ago and I still have not received my credit for order #1070048. Two stars is an overstatement on my part but I didn't want to give you only one because your products might be a benefit to others.

Dear Gary, We work to ensure the best customer support. Please refer to the email I sent regarding details on your refund. If your are interested in an orthotic with a limited break in period, I would highly recommend our Pinnacle Full Length orthotic. The Pinnacle is our most popular item, for offering very similar features as a custom orthotic. In addition, there is minimal adjustment time for the foot due to the high level of cushioning. Many customers refer this item, because it requires no break-in period at all. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further questions regarding the credit issued. Kind Regards.

I purchased a pair of compression socks approximately three months ago, and have worn them about five times. There are already holes in the toe area on both socks. I am disappointed in the quality.

This device looked like an excellent product to hold my foot stable while sleeping to try to control my plantar fasciitis. Sadly, it was extremely uncomfortable, especially in the heel area, and I could not stand to have it on my foot for more than ten minutes.
