works well with my sneakers but haven't tried any other type shoes. I was prepared to spend $300, which is what I paid last time. They work just as well as those did.

Have been using the custom orthotics for over 30 years and Powerstep orthotics are the best performing products I have found.

I love these Powersteps. I had Plantar Fasciitis and I use these in all my shoes. I no longer have the agonizing pain and recommend them to anyone dealing with this painful condition. Powerstep also has awesome customer service.

Wouldn't have my sneakers without them!

Powerstep is a comfortable insert. I do have to have them modified for my particular foot, however, they feel good and I have worn them for several years.
