I don’t feel as thought Power Step inserts make my feet feel any better. The feet don’t feel any relief while wearing and once I take my sneakers off my feet are in so much pain. Still wearing until I see the podiatrist again.

I ordered two sizes on Amazon and had a very difficult time returning the size that didn't work. After contacting Powerstep directly, the best solution was to pay for shipping both ways and exchange the item for the right size. This left me with two items when I only wanted one and money down the drain for shipping.

I bought a pair of these insoles about a month ago. I use them maybe 2 or 3 times a week. I went on a 5 mile walk and big chunk desinigrated, out the right inside heal. When I got home and noticed what I was feeling and what had happened after such minimal use I was highly dissatisfied.

Hi Stac, This is not typical of our products which are warranted against manufacturing and material defects. If you'd like to contact our Customer Service department at 888-237-3668, we'd be happy to help you with an exchange. Thanks, Jennifer Hoane VP Marketing and Customer Service

I've worn these since the day I received them and although it is a little more comfortable to walk , I was hoping to have complete relief . Complete relief is not happening so I'm trying to learn to live with the pain . I was given medication , cortisone injection with different mess and did six weeks of physical therapy without complete relief so thought I'd try this . I give up , I'll never have complete relief so this is as good as it gets .
