I was very hopeful about these shoes, but they did not fit properly and I had to pay $12 to ship them back, so I did not try another size or style... just too expensive to risk another ship back fee!

This is not a negative review of powersteps insoles they are good. But they use fedex for delivery and fedex did not deliver my order even though they said they did. So unless powerstep offers another choice for shipping than fedex i will no longer by from powerstep online.

I have no idea how good the product is since I can't seem to get the right size. I am a 4 1/2 womens. I called to ask what size to order, they told me a children's 4. Way too big, so I returned it and they sent me a children's 2, assuring me it was the correct size for "free" (they got their 4 back so it wasn't free) Now I know I am probably a size 3 but can't be bothered ordering from them. Shipping takes way too long and you can't buy in stores. At this point I am just settling for another brand which seems to be fine.

Within a few months of recreational sports use, the top layer of cushioning above the plastic will give way to holes in the heel area. This will cause great discomfort and you will have to dispose of them. Sadly I bought two pair and it happened to both.

Has nothing to do with the company, the orthotic didn’t help my foot pain. Came highly recommended, but when your forced to wear steel toe boots, and I don’t care what brand you have, when your on concrete all day long, all I want is a little relief. Still looking for the correct orthotic..

I called the company and said I was looking for an orthotic to fit in ladies dress shoes. He told me which pair to buy and assured me it would fit in women’s dress shoes. It absolutely doesn’t. It’s way too wide and my shoes aren’t even heals; my shoes are flats and are fairly wide. I was really disappointed. Now I have to pay shipping to return it.
