I love the firmness, stability and great arch support of Birkenstocks. I added Powerstep Original insoles to a pair of Italian boots that have poor lateral stability and no arch support. The Powerstep Original Insoles provide the firm support, stability and arch support that I need. I am impressed.

They were friendly each time I called and emailed them concerning their product. They explained the difference between the products they sell. The warranty was also explained. I purchased three pairs of inserts. I love them. These support my arch nicely. The metatarsal pad is built in. I try to buy the metatarsal pads separate and it did not work for me. It actually was too thick compared to the ones that were built in. I asked if there was something they could do to help me since I had already bought some inserts from them. They did assist me and I am appreciative for their help and their product.
