Let me start by saying 1 star is not what I want to give. But there is no other way to write my review. This company Powersports online are a scammers they target small company like ours Okeechobee Marine in Hialeah, Fl. Don’t know how they do but somehow they got my bank info and started to generate checks and cashed them to stole $1470 from us.. we never requested their service. And they will not refund us our hard earned money
Please be on the lookout don't answer any of their emails or phone calls.

Do NOT give them ANY of your…
Do NOT give them ANY of your information!
One of their representatives called and spoke with one of our employees. They signed up for some "free trial" with a company we had never heard of before. No Harm though, not like they have any of our billing information, right? WRONG! They said they would be sending a check for $40 for us to review their services. Not once did they mention this check was COD. When the check arrived, we had to pay FED EX 8.95 for the delivery via check, here's where they really start to get you!
The check they sent is bad. Does not even contain a real check number, just a lot of 0's.
They called to see what we thought, I let them know we did not want anything to do with them because we were VERY unpleased with their services this far, let them know why and told them take us off your list.
Several weeks later I get a letter in the mail saying "Here is your reminder" which went in to detail account information, and the best part, wait for it..... Our billing info!
They now have your bank account number from the COD check you had to give FedEx!
I will be filling a complaint with better business and I hope you don't end up in the same boat we did with these scammers!
DO NOT, I REPEAT... DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION!

Scam
This company is definitely a scam, 100%
Edit: After filing a complaint I did receive a check to refund my $8.95 COD that they charge. The memo line stated "stupidity". Even if they aren't a scam, do you really want to do business with a company that functions this way?

Mitch, Sorry you had a bad experience. Not much more to go on based on your short "review".
UPDATE: Mitch also spread his "good cheer" at the BBB (We are an accredited business at the BBB for last 20 years with an A+ rating)
Here is our response to Mitch;
Wow!!!!
1) Mitch agreed to receive our material. He states as much in his “complaint”
2) We promised Mitch that we would pay him $40 for ten minutes of his time to check out the services we could provide. We told Mitch there were two obligations neither of which required a purchase;
We kindly, and with a bit of laughter and good-natured light humor, informed Mitch that he had not won a beauty contest. We assured him that although we were sure he was an attractive individual that the $40 did require two obligations;
A) That he actually logged onto the PowerSports.Online website page that PowerSports.Online had created for his business
AND
B) That Mitch inform us if he was “interested” OR “not interested” in what we had to offer.
All the above occurred on May 17th.
Within 10 minutes after our initial conversation Mitch was called back be a senior verifier to verify that he (Mitch) did indeed understand the terms of the offer.
It continues...
That same day we sent Mitch an email (copy attached) that with complete and total clarity presented those two obligations. We know Mitch received that email because Mitch responded to it on May 23, 2019. Astonishingly enough, Mitch is denying being told the EXACT TERMS that are in the email he is responding too. Yup, were completely mystified by that as well.
In that same email Mitch complains that the check was made out to his business and not him personally. We can only assume that Mitch felt like he personally should get the payment even though the payment was a business payment to his business to check out a business service.
May 23 was an active day for Mitch. Mitch posted an anonymous complain at http://TrustPilot.com It was very (sarcasm on) informative "This company is definitely a scam, 100%" (sarcasm off)
Mitch apparently still had some free time on May 23rd. Enough time to file the complaint we are now responding to.
We have NEVER billed Mitch or his company for ANY service at any time ever.
We sent Mitch's company $40
Mitch has not returned that payment check nor has he offered to return that payment check.
So, what's our bottom line on this “complaint” issue here at PowerSports.Online?
1) We'd like Mitch to notice what real reviews look like.
Go to https://www.trustpilot.com/review/powersports.online
and notice that near 90% of our reviews are either "GREAT" or "EXCELLENT"
As opposed to an anonymous one sentence review that screams the word scam, our positive reviews are not anonymous. Most provide the name of the shop and the positive no problem experience of our customer.
2) We are mailing Mitch a check, immediately, payable to Mitch himself for $8.95 This is what Mitch has asked for in his “complaint” and we are meeting that request 100%. Additionally, his company is still welcome to cash our $48.95 payment check if both obligations that Mitch agreed to, twice on phone, and then reiterated in writing the same day are completed.
One of those obligations has already been completed. Mitch has quite forcefully made it clear that he (his business) is not interested. So, we are not going to charge Mitch (and never have) nor are we going to provide extended services.
The other obligation still remaining is to check out our offering as originally agreed to on May 17th.
If Mitch is unwilling to complete the second obligation, he is advised to either return our check for $48.95 or destroy it and inform us of the same.
Sincerely,
Jon Scott

CONSUMER BEWARE - SCAM!
The dishonest and under-handed marketing practices of this company are not only shameful and lacking in ethics, but downright unlawful. Based in California, it’s the intention of their sales force to of course gain as many motorcycle industry-related businesses to advertise on their website, which is nothing more than a search engine (with an unknown and never searched for dot com extension: “.online”). Unwanted solicitous calls will regularly be made to your business phone line and after you repeatedly state NO THANKS or, DO NOT CALL, they will continue to call merely to pester and harass. When these continued efforts fail and they finally realize they cannot obtain your business, they will mail you unsolicited “free literature” via FedEx with a COD attachment in the amount of $8.95. Incoming COD deliveries, particularly during busy season, could easy sneak by a service or parts department and, not realizing the contents aren’t parts, be paid. This is the anticipation of this company – that your $8.95 business check will reach them. Once you pay this $8.95 COD fee they have not only garnered your checking account information, you have unwittingly enrolled in their $294.00/month subscription service which will automatically be debited from your account “until you cancel”. SCAM! When you realize your mistake in paying this bogus COD and email to complain, you will receive a reply stating: “Your subscription has been canceled” (even though you never signed up for their service). Included in the FedEx packet is a legitimate check, made out to your business, in the amount of $48.95 – return of the $8.95 you paid so they could unlawfully obtain your checking account information, plus an additional $40 so you can “have lunch on us.”
Response from PowerSports.OnlineMay 30, 2019
If you happened to have had a bad experience with PowerSports.Online, we would like to hear from you. We have assisted members of the Motorcycle and PowerSports Industries with marketing services for over 40 years and thousands of industry members have enjoyed "Lunch on Us" in 2019 with no issues.
Your "review" contains many FALSE claims. So many that labeling it a "review" is questionable at the least. Regardless, here is one of many points that is incorrect in your "review":
WE WILL NOT ship a Media Kit and $40 unsolicited.
During a marketing campaign we will offer businesses some type of perk to take a 30 Day Free Trial of our Premium Marketing Services based at our website PowerSports.Online. Currently we will pay a company $40 for their time in reviewing the materials we send, check out their listing and website at minimum and then contact us during the free trial.
After one of our reps speaks to a company that is interested in the offer, we have a quality control agent call the company right back to verify that the company is minimally interested and that they understand the $40 offer.
At least 24 hours before shipping a media kit to the a company, we send the company a "Thank You" email or fax which once again reviews the $40 offer as well as gives the company our contact information. If that company doesn't have an email or fax we will text it to them. We want to make sure the company understands the offer.
Lastly, if we haven't heard from a company prior to the end of the free trial period we will, as a courtesy, create and send out a reminder that the free trial is ending. This gives the business plenty of time to decide whether or not they want to keep the services past the free trial. We will let a company's free trial extend up to 90 days if the company needs it due to being busy. All they have to do is ask.
Once again, please contact us via our website. We look forward to hearing from you.
