Power Punch Signs and Printing, for deceptive trade practices and theft and fraud. You can search El Paso county lawsuits against the owner and more than three have been judgements against them in the last year for deceptive trade practices. We engaged Power punch company to design and construct signage for two properties. Despite paying a significant deposit (60%) upfront, neither sign was delivered, nor were the funds returned. After multiple attempts to resolve the matter, we were forced to take legal action. We received a judgment in our favor for the fraud committed by power punch signs Furthermore, we filed an El Paso Police report for the theft through fraud under El Paso police report 24-024110. At this point they stole over 47,000 dollars from us plus damaged our company. El Paso Police Report: 24-024110 Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation Fraud Report and Case # ELC20240008264 Attorney General Fraud Complaint: -397987 Civil Lawsuit and Judgement Cause No 2024DCV0210 We have been contacted by two other people so far who will be filing against him and have provided the appropriate information. We are also seeking enforcement of our Civil Judgement against him and his company through the El Paso County Sheriffs Office. We strongly caution others against doing business with Power Punch and Printing due to their fraudulent practices. I would sincerely recommend that anyone who is defrauded by this company call and file reports with the El Paso Police Department , Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, and Attorney General of Texas Consumer Protection Division. Sep 24, 2024Previous review Our experience with Power Punch Signs and Printing,, has been a case of outright fraud and theft. We contracted them to design and construct signage for two of our properties, providing him with two cashier's checks as a 60% deposit for the work. Despite receiving the payments, they failed to deliver on the contract and eventually stopped taking our calls, disappearing with our funds. We consider this entire ordeal to be theft and fraud through inducement. Power punch misrepresented his intentions and services to secure the funds, only to vanish without fulfilling any obligations. As a result, we are pursuing all available legal remedies, having already secured a judgment in our favor for fraud. Additionally, we have reported them to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the Attorney General's Office, and the El Paso District Attorney's Office, which is currently reviewing our case. We strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Power Punch Signs and Printing to exercise extreme caution, as our experience has been nothing short of fraudulent.
