Overall so would recommend power plates. I had a good experience with ordering, shipping, and quick delivery. The menu always has several good choices and most of the meals are very delicious. It’s also wonderful to know the meals are healthy!

I’ve been doing auto ship weekly meals from power plate for about 8 weeks now. The macro portions are perfect and I haven’t had one I don’t like. The meals are great. Down 10 pounds of FAT (measured using an inbody machine). Macros matter!
