I drove from Michigan to Colorado with the unit in the tow vehicle and never saw an improvement in the cell reception. So I need to figure out what needs to be done. Does the unit increase bars of reception or not? So far I am rather disappointed in the unit and its expense.

This company has a 10% restocking fee. There are multiple other websites that sell the same products without this restrictive policy. Hmm I notice that I am the ONLY reviewer of Powerfulsignal.com, and rated the company two stars and yet trust pilot shows "average review score" as 3 stars. Seems fishy to me.
