Just thought I'd flag up that the 5 star reviews are the ONLY reviews left by each of those customers. Yep single, one-off reviews by each customer.

Ordered a toaster and after waiting for weeks I contacted them via email to find out why I haven’t received it. They apologised and said there’s a delay and they can offer me %10 discount if I would still want the product. I said yes and waited for the product. A couple of weeks later I email them again asking why I still haven’t received the product and they said it is out of stock and that they will issue me a full refund. I am still waiting for the refund I will try to contact them tomorrow

PLEASE see good reviews as they written by AI. Nobody leaves comments like this. Never purchased from them as prices are underpriced.

Ordered a boiler beginning of January order didn’t come by date expected so emailed again and offered me 30% discount if I could wait a week date came again still no boiler they don’t respond to correspondence if I had seen these reviews I would not of ordered. AVOID!!! Obviously a SCAM!! Just hope I can get my money back through the bank. Thanks to them I’ve been without a boiler since January and have children should be ashamed of themselves!!

DO NOT USE. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. I AM FIGHTING FOR MY MONEY BACK VIA MY BANK. IF THIS REVIEW SAVES ONE PERSON THEN GREAT. PLEASE SEE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. YOU CAN SEE THEY ARE FAKE AND WRITTEN IN THE SAME WAY. STEER WELL CLEAR OF THESE SCABS.

Microwave never arrived!! Communication stopped. Refund being claimed through credit card. Scammers!!!! The reviews are false AI generated. The products are all under-priced to entise people, do not buy, not even on a credit card, not worth the grief

I ordered a boiler from this site .. It said would be delivered like 4-5 days later. Once I paid I received a email saying it would come in 2 weeks . I replied saying cancel my order as 2 weeks is too long. They then replied offering 10% discount . I declined offer They said 5 working days I would have refund It’s know been 2 weeks with no refund I’ve emailed twice and had no reply I’ve called a few times no answer Do not buy from these people
