I recently had the pleasure of attending a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) course facilitated by Bernie Maloney, and I can't recommend it (or him) highly enough. From the outset, Bernie demonstrated an exceptional ability to deliver the course content in a way that was not only great but also timely and incredibly helpful. His expertise in the subject matter was evident, as he skillfully kept the course on track, ensuring that every moment was packed with valuable learning experiences. Bernie's engaging teaching style and interactive approach kept the entire class moving while turning complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts. It's rare to find an instructor who can balance professionalism with the ability to make learning fun and engaging, but Bernie does it effortlessly. His course was an educational and enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations. For anyone looking to deepen their understanding of the course material Bernie teaches, I wholeheartedly recommend enrolling in his course. You'll come away enriched and ready to apply what you've learned.

A truly interactive course split across 4 days, which was the perfect way to balance it alongside work. Bernie's passion and knowledge shone through in every lesson, as well as the sheer amount of preparation he put into each class. He found creative ways to not only teach us about Agile and Product Owner principles, but to integrate useful tips and tricks that we could take away to our teams. I really enjoyed getting to know and work with my classmates - and learning from the perspectives they brought from a range of different roles and industries. If you want to sit and copy from a whiteboard, this is not the class for you... if you want to actively participate, challenge yourself, and be supported in your journey - it definitely is.

As someone who has attended various training courses I can honestly say that the CSPO course run by Bernie Maloney from Powered By Teams is outstanding. The course is comprehensive but hugely engaging and fun - I joined 7 others from a wide range of industry backgrounds and we all got so much out of the course. I was looking for formal Scrum training but what I got was so much more! As someone who wears multiple hats within my organisation I feel well prepared (and excited!) for driving the expansion of our product offerings, and I can see various ways to apply agile thinking across our Operations teams. Please don’t worry if you’re a Scrum beginner or if you’re not currently a Product Owner - this course is truly great for anyone who is currently involved in, or who would like to be involved in, product development

This course met and surpassed expectations. Bernie made us all feel comfortable in his many ways of teaching. The class enjoyed learning from each other, and the material and information was easy to follow and apply.

A very energizing and inspiring CSPO course! Walked away with lots of practical tools

Bernie’s course on Scrum Product Ownership was very engaging and highly interactive. Bernie’s style was approachable and he explained concepts in ways that were easy to grasp. The activities in his class helped to solidify concepts taught by applying the them to real-world scenarios. I’m excited to begin applying what I learned! Highly recommend Bernie’s courses!!

The class really engaged with one another - the direction of the instructor really helped us interact and learn. The visuals and tools were very helpful. Breaking into groups helped people bond. The group projects were fun and interesting. Running the class like a Spring helped bring all the learning together

The class offered abundant interactivity through practical applications and engaging activities, compelling students to be both physically and mentally involved. It epitomized a learning environment centered on doing rather than passively receiving information through listening or reading.
