great service. easy to communicate

This team takes care of the things I am incapable of doing for bookkeeping. They do it affordably and professionally! For my very small business they treat me professionally and do a wonderful job.

The team has always been good about reaching out to me and making sure they’re taking care of all of my business needs (even though I’m not the best at getting all of my numbers to them in a timely manner.) They’re very patient and professional and I never have to worry because I can trust that they have everything taken care of.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the PowerBooks team for over 12 months, and I can confidently say they’ve exceeded every expectation. From day one, their professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness have been outstanding. They’ve brought clarity and consistency to our bookkeeping processes, ensuring our financial records are not only accurate but also easy to understand and access. What sets PowerBooks apart is their attention to detail and proactive communication. They don’t just crunch numbers—they anticipate needs, flag potential issues before they arise, and offer thoughtful solutions that support our financial health and operational efficiency. Whether it’s reconciling complex accounts, preparing reports, or assisting with audits, they handle every task with precision and care. Their team is knowledgeable, courteous, and always available to answer questions or provide guidance. They’ve become a trusted extension of our internal operations, and their support has been instrumental in helping us stay organized and compliant. If you’re looking for a reliable, skilled, and dedicated bookkeeping partner, I highly recommend PowerBooks. Their service has been a game-changer for our business, and I look forward to continuing our partnership for years to come.

I switched over to Powered Books almost a year ago and have been thoroughly impressed. They paired me with Elaine who has been extremely attentive and helpful with getting my books straightened out from my last bookkeepers. She has been patient with me and has been great with sorting through my books so that we can see the overall health of our business. They send monthly reports with all the right information so I can now see how profitable we are on a month to month basis. I can't recommend Elaine and Powered Books enough. Please keep up the excellent work. I look forward to a long working relationship and am very grateful for y'all getting me & my books straightened out. Price is great as well! Elaine is the BEST! She is always available when needed. She gets things done. I am happy she is on our team!! I would recommend Powered Books!

We have worked with Katie for about six months now. We asked her to help us with a difficult situation to close out our year end reports and to set up new accounting tools to use moving forward. She was able to accomplish exactly what we needed and to keep the integrity of our organization and records together for us. It was truly a blessing to have Katie help us so beautifully. Thank you Katie.

Excellent and trustworthy company! I've been with poweredbooks for four years!! I highly recommend them.
