I ordered two used memory modules for an old iMac and received them within a few days. One was defective, but when I contacted them, they immediately sent me a replacement, no questions asked. The replacement arrived quickly and worked fine.

Ordered part for Macbook air. price was great. shipped on time. no problems so far.. hopefully I won't have to try out the warranty. parts were used and showed signs of being removed, but worked fine. ordered USPS - packaging was good. shipped from Alabama
