Low quality food for high prices
Low quality food for high prices. Maybe 1 piece of meat on a huge slab of hard ass bread.

Company Ignoring a complaint of staple found in salad
My daughter was @ a volleyball tournament with her daughters in Wisconsin. She ordered Potbelly chicken salad & delivery from GrubHub. While eating the salad she chipped her tooth & vomited up a large staple IN HER FOOD! The staple also caused some minor bleeding. Since she was away from home, she forwarded me the pictures of the staple in the food, & a copy of her receipt where she purchased the food from. I lodged complaint w/ Pot Belly corp. & the FDA. In both complaints I sent the pictures of the food w/ the staple in it!!! All done 2/12/23. Today is 2/21/23 & no response from the corporate office &/or FDA. In my opinion, this is IGNORANCE on part of the CEO & the corporate office.
