Postshipper is perhaps the cheapest freight forwarding company in the US and UK. However, they are also the slowest in terms of consolidating shipments and shipping them. I have a shipment that has been ready for shipping for over 2 weeks yet they have refused to ship it. Customer service is poor, there is no way to reach them directly on phone and they never reply emails. Up until now my shipment has not been shipped. Customer service keeps sending the same messages everyday.

I am very disappointed with what a an awful shipping company they have a bad costumer service they don’t help with any problems that happens also they are hard to reach An absolute fraud they charge my shipment like if I order it individually it is supposed to be a service but I don’t see any service based on my experience

I rated them 2 star earlier but now I don't think they deserve it. the support replay with one message every 3-2 day with vage answer and their system inflexible

Very high shipping rate No one will help you they are like robot just talking with no solution

Very Very Very bad service. i'm in contact with them for more than a week to ship my package, they ignored me on emails, and WhatsApp, I gave them all information and i asked them to calculate the shipping fee so i can pay, always the same answer "your request has already been sent to our concerned team and we are still awaiting other feedback from them to let you know." very bad service

very bad company already received laptops with broken screen i don't recommend to deal with this company

My shipment was delivered to the old warehouse .i tried to contact them numerous times no one responds so my stuff is lost . The service is very weak and expensive . Be careful stay away from them.

I am under the impression they steal people's goods and packages. I am trying to reach out to their support they never respond, and you have no mean to reach out to them
