Oh wow, so sorry about this bad experience! I try to do my best to help our customers quickly, but sometimes I don't quite pull it off. 😔 We don't offer phone support, but our chat and email support is pretty fast most of the time. Sorry you had this bad experience with us, Jordan. I did try my best to help you, but I guess I fell short. We are a small team, so we can't always answer support requests within minutes — and we can't offer phone support. But I did respond to every message you sent within a few hours. Facebook doesn't allow apps to schedule posts to personal profiles — which is what you were aiming to do with Post Planner. Unfortunately we don't have any control over this. As I mentioned in our private exchange, you can still use Post Planner to find content to share manually on your FB profile. But I'm not sure this is what you were looking for. Please let me know if you need more help. I'm here for you no matter what! :)

Hey Simone, I'm bummed to see this 1-star review from you when you never even tried the app. :( As I mentioned in my private email thread with you, we don't offer a free trial for our paid plans. Instead, we offer a 30 day trial period during which you can get a full refund for any reason. We don't need to offer a free trial because we have a "free forever" app that anyone can access and use as long as they want here: https://app.postplanner.com/ Hope that helps! ~Josh
