Excellent customer service, for one and an awesome app as well. I can post relevant content that's already popular, plus post and schedule my own content. This is the only content scheduler I've used for the last 5 years.

So much better than Buffer and Hootsuite. For one, easy to use. For two, the ability to find relevant and highly-engaged content right in the app, AND to save my favorite or most used streams and sources for later access is far and away the best thing ever! It’s not without a glitch here and there, but their customer support is bar none and go above and beyond. I’ve recommended to MANY people as an alternative to the more well-known platforms.

Postplanner is very easy to use and focus on essential feeds on what's people appreciate the most (Facebook and Twitter). It's really helping me to gather more content and discover new ideas for my own audience. And it's clear : soooo important to not having many buttons and options to discourage you (like in other apps) to curate. I appreciate the branding and mindset of the team too!
