I have had the pleasure of working with Josh on chat yesterday. He was a tremendous help and showed that Post Planner is interested in customer care. I am starting a new endeavor and Post Planner is important to me. Josh took that to heart and assisted me greatly. I am enjoying the new GURU app. It is very friendly and intuitive. Great job guys!

I have been with Post Planner for quite a few years. Joshua at Post Planner is one of the BEST they have. (well I mainly have worked with him-so this isn't putting down anyone else). I love the ease of Post Planner and they just keep getting better! I also can attest that using this app has definitely increased engagement and likes on my Facebook page especially. I am still new to Post Planner, but everything has been great so far. I ran into a weird glitch where my folders of photos disappeared. I contacted customer service, and they were quick to respond, give me details of what they could see and find a solution to the problem. I look forward to continuing my use of the program!
