Incredibly lackluster UI/UX
Shiny (marketing) site, shoddy UI/UX and onboarding. - Free trial requires a credit card *after* taking your personal information - Scheduling calendar seems like it was created using AI — very rough and cobbled together. Poor use of iconography. - Generative AI implementation for post images/videos constantly fails, leaving empty/null attachments on the post. When this happens, it's impossible to save your scheduled post. - Has a 'Signatures' feature that has nothing to do with signatures. It's just an open text area for saving reusable content snippets. - Doesn't gracefully handle operations in the background. Deleting a scheduled post locks up the details modal until it's done processing—if you close the modal, the action cancels, so you have to sit there and wait. - On first login the loading indicator is HUGE (poor attention to detail) - Documentation for self-hosting is outdated. Provider docs for Cloudflare, Meta/Facebook, and Google are all irrelevant now. The whole platform is lackluster. It feels like the team has been spread too thin or has let AI run rampant with the product.
