DECEPTION AND FRAUD
Absolutely DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULENT behavior. The poster sent was signed completely differently from the one advertised on the website. I am not just talking about the disclaimer "each piece is unique and individually hand signed and may VARY SLIGHTLY from the pictures shown," as in the color is wrong or it's placed in the wrong spot, and I don't like it; I am talking about the autograph not matching what is presented on the website. COMPLETELY different signatures.
In the advertised pictures, the autographs match those of the artists at the time; on the received product, they match neither the pictures nor other commonly available autographs from the artists. Their COA is dogwater, not a true COA that can be verified by any reputable backing.
And their 90-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE? They want you to pay 20 dollars for it, I suspect this is their bottom line, if you spot their scam they still get to recoup their cost.
After completing the initial draft (see above), I realized this business does respond to bad reviews periodically. So, to back my allegation, I am basing the above conclusions on the fact that I own 2 Imagine Dragons-signed guitars (and I know they are signed by the band because I got them at the concert through the "ultimate Imagine Dragons experience" those autographs also match my autographs on various posters through different eras of Imagine Dragons (from EPs to Loom). As much as some of the signatures have changed, the overall style does not match each of the band members' signatures. Platzman's signature is most egregious (just complete nonsense, not even trying to mimic the real signature).
Laughably, the company boasts about its return policy, which includes a return fee (not disclaimed anywhere).
The COA and verification are also nonsense, done in-house and not backed by any authoritative independent party. If the signature on this poster wasn't so immediately off (or if I've never seen a real one before) I might get fooled by it. It's also contradictory they claim third party authentication in one section and then claim they authenticate everything in house
I did take a chance on this purchase because I knew that some Mercury posters were signed by the band as part of the release campaign. Sadly, this is not one of them.
Lastly, and suspiciously, when I purchased my poster, it "sold out" on the website, but as of today july/20/2026, the poster is back in stock (with a higher price) again. Magic how they can find a signed poster of limited quantity after they just sold out.

Customer service is non-existent
Customer service is non-existent. My package did not arrive until nearly two weeks after ordering. While the package was lost, the company refused to answer any of my messages. There is no customer service phone number anywhere online. The company’s phone number on the shop app directs you to a French limousine company. Additionally, there is no way to verify the true authenticity of the memorabilia. Do not buy from this company.
Here’s my order number: Order #12993.
This company’s response is a shameless attempt to capture more business. Unfortunately, they spend more time monitoring reviews to expose their sham “customer service” than actually dealing with customer complaints and issues re tracking.
Update: this company attempted to report this review as defamatory content to remove it from Trust Pilot. Buyer beware!

Collectors should be aware of what I…
Collectors should be aware of what I discovered after ordering from Poster Memorabilia. Though they claim to use PSA, Beckett, or Authentifiedai for authentication, my order came only with Authentifiedai certificates. The posters didn’t look right, so I looked into the authenticator. Their Dubai address can’t be verified, but public business records, WHOIS Internet records, show Authentifiedai is registered in Melbourne — the same place Poster Memorabilia operates from. Quite the coincidence for an “independent” authentication service. The website registration details can be verified with any domain registration lookup. (I tried to attach a screenshot of the domain registration for Authentifiedai, but Trust Pilot will not let me add an attachment.) This experience felt far from transparent, and I cannot recommend this company.
Due to how deceptive this setup appeared, I filed formal reports with the FTC, FBI IC3, and the Australian Federal Police. In my opinion, collectors should stay far away from this company.
RESPONSE: Why was the domain updated on 12/10/25, as soon as the review was left - EVEN MORE SUSPICIOUS.

Reply from Poster Memorabilia – Final Update
We have issued a full refund to Jeffrey Smith, the customer behind this review, and consider the matter closed on our side.
There is also a second review on this page posted under a different name that does not match any customer record in our system, and we have flagged that to Trustpilot for review under their guidelines.
Every order placed with us is covered by our 90-day money-back guarantee, and any genuine customer who has questions or concerns about their purchase is always welcome to contact our support team directly for a prompt resolution.

Poster Memorabilia will not say "AUTOGRAPHS"
This site is deceptive IMO. The poster from order 12776 (Jaws) is a poster and it is "hand signed." This literally means only that a human - and not a machine - made the "signatures." Be aware of Poster Memorabilia's careful wording. They do not use the word "AUTOGRAPHED" by the actual actors.
The COA is meaningless IMO. What are they claiming is "authentic"? That some human(s) made the "signatures"? Until the site can say in writing that it is AUTOGRAPHED by the actors, I will not believe that it is. Poster Memorabilia will not say it is. I wish they would/could. They have not.
Prove me wrong and I will change my OPINION. I gifted this and regret it. It's embarrassing. I want a refund.
This is my real OPINION.
Response from Poster MemorabiliaNov 14, 2025
Hi Sheryl,
Thank you for updating your review. We’ve now located your order (#12776), and we respectfully disagree with your assessment.
Every poster we sell — including the Jaws piece you purchased — is genuinely hand-signed and authenticated by a trusted third-party expert before it leaves our facility. We do not sell reprints, auto-pens, or pre-printed signatures under any circumstance.
It’s also important to note that it’s completely normal for multiple cast members to sign using the same pen during a signing session. This is common industry practice and does not indicate fraud.
That said, your satisfaction matters to us. You are fully covered under our 90-day money-back guarantee, and you’re welcome to return the item to our California address for a full refund — no questions asked.
If you would like assistance with the return, or if you’d prefer us to review the signatures with you directly, we’re here to help.
Warm regards,
Team Poster Memorabilia

Avoid, it’s fraudulent
The autograph failed third-party authentication from JSA and Beckett. It’s not a reputable company and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing for them.
Don’t fall for their “authentication” hologram. It’s not worth the paper it’s printed on.
**Update: 1) Reputable authentication services do not disagree. Authenticated.ai is not a reputable authentication service. Do not get it twisted — saying your autographs get authenticated by one of the three and relying on the credibility of Beckett/PSA for less than 5% of autographs to say so is fraudulent.
2) It’s not a true 90-day money back guarantee because you have to pay for the return shipping back to Australia.
3) If Taylor Swift was legitimately signing autographs for $399 at scale, this place would explode with business. If it’s too good to be true, it often is. Don’t be stupid like me.
I would sue this company actively for fraud. I just don’t care enough to, but if they’re going to post BS responses like this, maybe I will think twice about it.
Response from Poster MemorabiliaJul 22, 2025
Thanks for sharing your feedback.
We’d like to reassure you that we use Beckett Authentication Services (BAS)—one of the most trusted names in the memorabilia industry—for verifying our autographs. In some cases, we also use PSA/DNA and Authentified.ai, depending on the item.
It’s worth noting that even among top-tier authentication companies, differences of opinion can occur. That’s not uncommon in the collectibles world. However, we remain confident in our sourcing and authentication process.
Most importantly, we stand behind everything we sell with a 90-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee, so our customers can purchase with complete peace of mind.
If you’d like to discuss your specific order, we’d be happy to help.
Warm regards,
Team Poster Memorabilia
