Quick response from customer service
Three days ago, I rated my experience as 2 stars because I received a lot more emails than I wanted and I felt that I wasn't receiving relevant hard copy updates. Michael from customer service reached out to me quickly to learn more and it turns out that I was receiving duplicate emails because of a second account, and that, astonishingly, in the most recent year, there were no changes requiring a hard copy update. I am pleased at how this was addressed and that there was an earnest effort to learn and improve from my feedback.

Customer Service
My recent experience with PCC was top notch. A company that actually follows up with emails and phone calls and a genuine interest to best serve its customers gets five stars in my book. I am so appreciative of the quality of communication and efforts made to make sure adjustments were my made in regard to my account.

Great customer service
Great customer service. My order accidentally was sent to incorrect address, I called your company and my issue was fixed easily and fast. Communication if great keeping me informed at all times via email regarding my package.
