Posted AppReviews of postedapp.com

The app may be good for creators but not the brands. I gave it a shot after seeing it in the creators YouTube video, which I didn’t realize was masked marketing until later. The free trial is not actually free. They charge you $50 to go towards your future buys but none of it is refundable which was never stated in the process of depositing the money. Also all creators charge alot for low quality videos but it’s probably because the founders takes majority of their profit. Has a lot of potential but the greed and lack of intention makes this website one of the worst I’ve came across in my marketing journey. 0/10 would not recommend

Do not trust this platform. They wrongfully charged credit card for services I did not purchase.

**Poor Experience – Unwanted Billing Attempts** I created a Posted account just to explore the platform, but never actually used the service. After the free trial ended, they repeatedly attempted to charge my card. I have requested permanent account deletion and cancellation of all billing. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this service unless they improve their billing transparency and account cancellation process.

**Unpaid affiliate commissions – Very disappointing experience** I joined their affiliate program, referred a paying customer, and received official confirmation that I had earned a $150 commission. Three months later, I still haven't been paid. Despite multiple attempts to recover my commission, nothing has been resolved. To make matters worse, they have now shut down their affiliate program, leaving my commission unpaid and the affiliate dashboard inaccessible. So you encourage people to promote your business, bring you paying customers, promise them commissions, and then simply close the program without settling what you owe? This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I've spent nearly three months chasing a payment that was officially confirmed as earned and due. **I would strongly advise anyone considering promoting or partnering with this company to think twice.**

Love you too sweetheart 😘 💗 💕 💓 ❤️ 💖 😘 I can help you get more money 💰 🤑 💸 😉

amazing! thanks a lot 🙏🏻❤️

As another review clearly illustrates, all the positive reviews are from creators making money from Posted App. Acual paying clients, like myself, are all very dissatisfied. We canceled after the free trial (that we did not even use) and they charged our card $500 per month for 4 consecutive months. $2000 dollars taken from our pockets for nothing that they refuse to refund. From the number of similar complaints, it looks like this approach is part of their business plan. Posted App investors should be more careful on where they invest.

As a creator, I’ve had a really positive experience with Posted so far. I’m especially impressed with Ben and the team — they’re always helpful, responsive, and willing to answer my questions whenever I need support. For the app itself, I think the “Deals” section could be improved, especially when it comes to brand briefs. Some brands provide very little information, which makes it difficult to know exactly what they’re looking for or whether my proposal will actually be accepted after putting time into creating the content. On the other hand, some briefs are extremely detailed and require a lot of specific things. What can be frustrating is that even after following the brief and putting in the requested work, the brand may still negotiate the price down further. I think having a more standardized and clear brief format, including clearer expectations and budget ranges, would make the experience much better for both creators and brands. Overall, I really appreciate the support from the Posted team and hope to see the platform continue improving.
