If I could give zero stars, I would. They are absolutely useless, don't respond to complaints, refuse to close accounts, fail to read messages, and expect users to pay for energy use long after they have left. I suggest you never ever use this company for anything.

This company is definitely more known as Pozitive energy, my partner has a take away business and they cut the electricity off because of the previous tenants bill, no matter what documents I have sent to them, land registry, legally stamped lease agreements they have replied with “these are not valid documents” I’ve asked them to call the solicitor to confirm they said they did, but they didn’t …. They tell nothing but LIES I can’t believe that how they are behaving is allowed to happen in this country , everyone you speak to in this company talks like a politician they never answer the question you have asked them, they have totally drained all the resources of my partners business including making my partner I’ll with depression, he put all his life savings into the business and because of Pozitive energy he is struggling to earn that money back, and believe me when I say this , they really don’t care, they don’t care at all, just want your money and to scam you ! Stay away for your own benefit

If I could leave them a minus I would this company is the worst I have ever dealt with, took £5k out of my account luckily I managed to stop it, but spent a year getting them to admit their mistake for them to continue you charging me for a meter they took out and did not exist even though they admitted their mistake still sitting on £1k of my money and not paying it back, they are incompetent and horrendous to deal with I have got 12 months left on my contract which they wont let me out of and I am now going to ombudsman and take legal action as this should not be allowed

Pozitive Energy ? 3 years down the line and still insisting I owe them money !! ... email states although they've received my proof of payment they haven't received money !! How is this my fault !! Total sham !! Don't use them !!

NEVER EVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. SEND RANDOM BILLS FOR MADE UP AMOUNTS, ONE MONTH WE RECIEIVED 10 BILLS, THE STAFF ARE SO SO RUDE AND DO NOT HELP AT ALL. HAD OUR BUISNESS FOR 20 YEARS WITH DIFFERNT SUPPLIERS AND NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH UTTER SHITE

Absolute scammers. They ignore meter readings and issue bills on estimates way above actual usage. Then they challenge the actual reading when you try to leave them, even with photographic evidence and a history of readings. Should be investigated and shut down. Don’t trust any broker that works with them.

SIMPLY THE WORST ENERGY PROVIDER KNOWN TO MAN! BEEN TRYING TO SORT YOUR MESS OUT, QUITE DIFFICULT WHEN IVE CLOSED MY BUSINESS AND YOU WILL NO LONGER TALK TO ME!

DO NOT USE! Useless Company! Been trying to resolve electricity bill issues with this lot for months. Haven't been able to get a straight answer out of any of the staff. Promises to sort it out from them with no result. Absolute joke. Now received a letter from BAILIFFS with a demand to pay the outstanding amount of £173.77 within 5 days or additional £600 will be added. Been trying to pay for months ffs!! Can't pay today as its a Saturday and office closed. No option to pay via telephone till Monday. No option to pay online as not got a log in. Even Downloaded the PE App but no option to register, we don't have log in details! Deleted App. Can't get hold of Bailiffs as number constantly engaged. Nightmare! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
