Highway Robbers !! Apparently they were authorised to take over our electricity/gas supply via a broker, which was intercepted a year ago . Not content with phone calls / emails and proof, they asked for a short period to look into matters .They used this time to set up a direct debit!! Lucky we spotted and cancelled it .Be warned !! They will do anything to delay and get what they can.

Extremely unhappy with their service. Sugam in the account department has tried to bribe me and say they will only release my site if I sign a new contact. They have tried to make me pay a previous tenants dept and ignored clear evidence for a COT. Absolute criminals.

Scan artist keep away from this company im suprised the company is not on watch dog for ripping of there customers please keep away

This company does not follow theblaw in terms of accounts and previous debtors. Blocked my supply even after me proving that the debt was a previous tenant. Tried forcing me to pay the old tenants debt, otherwise they'd block reconnection of my supply! Eventually had to take them to court and contact the ombudsman.

terrible company call centre not in the UK threaten to cut you off they dont have anyone who you can actually talk to who understand your situation.

A debt letter turned up today for a meter that was removed 2022, not only that we received a £14k refund as they had to reverse all invoices. Everything takes forever with this incompetent company. Even with the history of the original complaint, I'm still on the phone trying to resolve this. So far yet another 20 minutes wasted! This company should not be aloud to sell energy, avoid at all costs. Finally, even the good trust pilot scores tell you its due to solving long outstanding issues! - PS i'd like to give zero

Absolute nightmare, I have been trying to close an account for a premises that were sold in February and trying to get sense out of these people is hopeless, I sent photo's of meters, copy of the sale contract, details of the new owners on a number of occasions. The same questions come back time and time again and if you call they put you on hold for 20 minutes or more. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the crap.

So this is the second review i am leaving about this useless company. I had the meter removed from my business nearly 2 years ago and still today I am waking up to emails demanding money for overdue bills how can I use gas when I don’t even have a meter? This company needs investigating and shut down absolute disgusting company,
