AVOID AT ALL COST THIS IS THE WORST ENERGY COMPANY OUT THERE . THEY SEND WRONG BILLS HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE PRICES ARE DISCUSTING. THEY TRY AND TRAP U IN TO CONTRACT. SCAMMERS. THERE NEW NAME IS PE.SOLUTIONS . ABSOLUTE SCUM .

Terrible outfit, each department works in a silo. They struggle to deal with UK customers,we have a old debt of £4k and they sought payment in 4-6 weeks. They have terrible customer services.

Atrocious company with internal departments not updating the systems and continuing to operate like amateurs. The negative attitude of the advisers is an entirely different topic of conversation which goes beyond any experience I’ve had. Next step: energy ombudsman.

**Would Give 0 Stars If Possible – Avoid at All Costs** This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. My property does not have gas and never has. Pozitive Energy took over as the supplier without my agreement, and despite there being no gas usage at all, I started receiving bills showing significant amounts owed. Over the years, I have had to deal with multiple debt collectors, countless phone calls, and endless requests for information. I have repeatedly explained the situation and provided evidence showing that the gas supply is capped and there is no active gas meter. At one point, a representative even admitted that the account was not in my name, yet they continued pursuing the debt and contacting me. To make matters worse, debt collectors and third-party representatives have attended the property several times. They have taken photographs confirming there is no gas meter, and some have even commented that the visit was a waste of time because it was obvious there was nothing to investigate. Despite all of this evidence, the contact continues. Years later, I am still being chased regarding a debt that is not mine and relates to a service I do not use. The most frustrating company I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs.

Would give minus stars if I could. Moved into a new commercial property and having to argue with them to create a new account. In the meantime they are blocking a switch to British Gas as the account has not been created. They also sent debt collectors to the property which makes no sense as they haven't issued a bill or created an account. Also probably being charged extortionate out of contract rates which there is nothing we can do about. No response to my formal complaint. Absolutely ridiculous.

No possibility of improvement. This company has an IT system which means that it simply cannot put right the many, many basic things which go wrong. Hassle the customer to fit a SMART meter but cannot provide an engineer to instal one. Give a complaints procedure but it closes every complaint after 5 days without resolution of the problem. Constant messages to customer to send meter readings from a meter which is broken. Constant random amounts taken by Direct Debit...17 in one day alone! But the customer cannot be allowed to speak with the accounts department. Constantly asking for site surveys to be provided - I am on report number 41 - but no action taken and these details cannot be kept on my account file. No records of previous calls and complaints kept. I could go on but I'm feeling my blood pressure rising.....

If I could give one star I would. Taken on a new lease property (retail). They have cut the electric off . Called to try and sort it. Had to send proof the debt is the previous tenants as we have just moved in.. they said if we payed their £320 debt and £480 reconnection fee we would have it back on in 24 hours. Or if the disconnection was done in person and not remotely the reconnection fee in addition to the debt would be £1200. This company has tried to extort Monet from me, blackmail me, threaten me with longer time with no electricity. I called National Power Grid and they have not even notified them of the cut off which is compulsory. Spoke to them again and understandably they were not happy I spoke to NPG. So 3 employees have told me they cut us off as well as telling my landlord. I have now told them I will be reporting this to Ofgem and seeking costs off them for loss of earnings. I was told do it and we will not be paying anything. We have now told them we have spoken to a solicitor and now all of a sudden they deny cutting us off, told us there is no debt, told us the meter company are to blame. They have even given no information to the meter company apart from asking them to change the meter. No reason why nothing. Their meter referral ended with me being sat in a cold shop for 2 hours to be told the job was cancelled. I still have no electricity and no resolution after a week. They are now saying it is nothing to do with them and have washed their hands of it. Well solicitors it is for loss of earnings, attempt to extort money from me, blackmail and giving false information in order to carry this out. I will not stop now until this company are fully investigated by the governing bodies and hopefully struck off !!!!!!! Disgusting. And based in India not London as advised.
