POS HighwayReviews of poshighway.com

"Their IT tech support went above and beyond for our organization. Brent installed our Ingenico terminals for us last week. He was thorough, professional, and went the extra mile. I was very impressed."

Three years ago, our company switched from Microsoft Dynamics to NCR Counterpoint with the help of the staff at POS Highway. We found the transition process to be smoother than we ever could have expected, and that is in part thanks to the intuitiveness of Counterpoint, but mainly due to the excellent preparation, training, and support from the staff at POS Highway. We are now in love with the features of Counterpoint, and are always planning what to do next with all the features that are available. Every time we have a "what if" question, we ask the techs at POS Highway and they either know an answer, or figure one out. As a vineyard, winery, and tasting room, we were looking for a POS that could handle e-commerce, have little to no learning curve for our staff, and open up doors of possibilities that were not possible with our last POS. Counterpoint delivered in spades. Below are some of the many factors that steered us towards choosing Counterpoint and POS Highway over the other leading POS systems and providers out there. Data Migration: Ease of importing external data Wine Club Management Software Always up-to-date technology Mobile POS through CP Mobile Custom Discount Schedules that are as in-depth as you need Warehouse Management with multi-inventory systems Wholesale Management with Accounts Receivable E-commerce Integration All in all, POS Highway has helped us grow our business by helping us take advantage of all that Counterpoint has to offer. If it weren't for the incredibly helpful staff, we would only be using 10% of what Counterpoint has to offer. Counterpoint has exceeded our expectations in all regards, and we couldn’t be happier with the decision we made.

We have been through every stage in the typical SDLC. From requirements gathering and data collection, to Touchscreen layout and design. Additionally, we implemented several customizations, leveraged the advanced pricing module and drivers license scanning utilities, performed migrations from practice to live… the list goes on. I thoroughly enjoyed working with POS Highway and have come to think of them as an extension of our company. They truly understand Counterpoint and how to successfully implement it. Without a doubt, I recommend the team at POS Highway. The success of our project, being a first-time point of sale company, is directly linked to their expertise.
