Portuguese Tile Society is a private azulejo studio in Porto, founded by Portuguese descendants from the Acores who built a life in North America before returning home to Portugal. We design and produce decorative ceramic tiles, custom photo tiles, and Portuguese-inspired artwork, all made in Portugal, because we believe azulejo artistry deserves more than mass-produced souvenirs. Our catalogue runs across four collections, Signature, Saudade, Touch of Contemporary, and Brave New View, and we also make custom tiles for pets, weddings, homes, and businesses, each one proofed and approved by you before it is made. Every year we choose one preservation project in Portugal or the islands and fund it with a portion of proceeds from every collection and every custom piece. For 2026 that is the Santuario do Senhor Jesus da Pedra in Obidos. We ship worldwide from Portugal with tracking.
