Product took over a month to receive and received conflicting tracking info. Also, the photo was misleading . Did not receive what was expected .

The advert on line for this Anniversary Plaque was really good and gave you the impression it was made of wood and looked elegant. When it arrived I was really shocked as it was cheap and nasty and there is no way I could give it to my Daughter and Son in law for their silver Anniversary.

I ordered 4 personalised christmas ornaments for my grandchildren costing more than $AU120 in total - 2 came with completely wrong or missing names. I have written to them so many times and each time they reply 'so sorry' please accept $US6 refund, progressively incrementally up to $US15 which does not cover what i spent and they refuse to remake the two incorrect ones. Strongly recommend against using this company!

I ordered Christmas gifts on Nov. 24, 2025. Everything seemed ok. But when tracking the package I started having difficulties with no info after it supposedly cleared customs. After several contacts with the company they said package couldn't be tracked so they were resending the order. I just requested a refund and they sent me another tracking number that took me to a malicious web site. I am now going through PayPal to try and get reimbursed. I would NOT recommend ordering through this company.

Ordered from them in beginning of November for Christmas present, got tracking number but didn’t track beyond their out for shipping. Contacted them beginning of December, they were so sorry reshipping order. Never received again and not able to track. Now it is after Christmas and I want a refund, they are reshipping, even though now I do t want the items. Finally receive the items, that were not protected in shipping, and they are damaged. Haven’t had a response to that. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Their ad says buy 5 get 5 free. I bought 5 for this reason...received 5 not 10. Contacted them...they said that the order was complete and offered me 5 USD in compensation. I eventually received 14 USD after many emails....however, I tried the panties and they do NOT work as stated. They are NOT incontinence pants. Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

SCAM! Took my money, claimed the product was delivered; no delivery service sited; no delivery photo evidence; no video evidence on my home security; PayPal disappointedly backs their false delivery claim… had to use one star to post this note.

Scam .. never received my order, oh they said it was delivered .. cameras around house, retirement community, package NOT DELIVERED .. 2 different tracking#s 2 different tracking sites, their support people lie to you in communications, wish i could not have given any stars .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..
