I was exited !!! Portrait was great !

The quality of the end product is not good. The frame is cheap and the corners do not match up. I could do better in my garage. The back literally has Gorilla tape holding the picture in. The website indicates a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but the company will not respond to my request. One email address used came back invalid. PayPal is now trying to resolve my issue.

I recently ordered a custom portrait from photo, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, the ordering process was simple and convenient. I uploaded my photo, selected the portrait style, and within a short time their professional artists created a beautiful custom canvas portrait. What impressed me the most was how accurately they captured the details and emotions from the original photo. The quality of the portrait on canvas is outstanding. The colors are vibrant, the canvas and frame are high quality, and the final artwork looks like a real hand-painted painting. The portrait became an incredible centerpiece in our home and everyone who visits immediately notices it. Customer service was also excellent. The team was responsive, professional, and made sure I was satisfied with every detail before the final print. Shipping was fast and the packaging protected the canvas perfectly. If you are looking for a custom portrait from photo, a portrait on canvas, or a unique personalized gift, I highly recommend this service. It’s a wonderful way to turn your favorite memories into beautiful artwork. I will definitely order again in the future!

they told me I would receive an oil painting. instead I received a printed picture on a canvas with 4 random strokes of the "oil paint". completely ruined my Christmas present for my father. they just make you pay an outrageous price under false pretenses. would honestly recommend buying a canvas print from Walgreens or cvs it is much cheaper and at least you know exactly what you are getting.

My portrait came out so amazing! better than i could have ever imagined! i love love love it. and it was pretty fast even during the holiday time.

This company is amazing! We couldn’t have asked for a better present for our mom that she will cherish forever. The portrait is beautiful and the customer service was above and beyond! I highly recommend this company!
