Some of the numbers and lines are very faint and very small and I can’t tell where the dividing line is. I have not opened the package of brushes or paint and do not think I can complete this painting like it is now they’re just too hard to see even with a magnifying glass. I would appreciate a refund.

Hi Gray, We’re very sorry to hear this and completely understand your concern. If the numbers and dividing lines are too faint to see clearly, that would absolutely take the enjoyment out of the experience—and that’s not what we want for you. Since you haven’t opened the brushes or paints, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the canvas. We’ll review this right away and work with you on a fair solution, including discussing a refund if appropriate. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We truly appreciate the chance to make it right. 💛
