Lexi at the Portillo's on Addison Street in Chicago went above and beyond to assist me when my Gift Card was not being accepted for payment. She was extremely patient and made every effort to get the card to work, which never did. Since I was going to have to pay out of pocket for my order, she gave me a substantial discount. I was very pleased with her customer service.

I just had the best experience tonight! I am from Chicago and was had a great interaction with a worker Kaelyn. I love my beef dipped with cheese sauce. She suggested I get a side of gravy to make sure it was the way I wanted it. I will definitely go back. Great attitude. Thanks!

It was the portillo's in crestwood. I went to the drive-through all I wanted was a menu. Both young girls did not have one. But the sweet, black girl , I don't know her name. She was a little more heavy set than the other. In this heat went back into the restaurant and got me one. What great customer service. It was Wednesday at around lunch time. I just want to thank her. I hope you find out who she was and reward her. Thank you she is a very nice person. 😊

Whenever I'm in town in Chicago, this is my go-to spot. Great variety (chili-cheese hotdogs are stupid good), atmosphere, and the food is consistently delicious. If I'm going big, I'm going Portillos lol.
