Ordering was simple

Easy to customize Normal language in the descriptions and no sneaky hidden fees.

It was extremely easy to order my items at a low price, great options and more than i expected.

Wish I could have the option to not have pieces assembled, but the price is great!

After looking other places, I found there prices to be better than most. The only issue I had was no shipping cost included in price of motherboard combo I had ordered. Orderdered for a customer and had to settle for lesser Microprocessor to compaensate the cost.

I am just thinking the package should be the same for all packaged product. This is the second MB I purchase for this Desktop, I am not sure if the MB was broken by FedEx or by the person who put it together or Manufacturer defects. I did not contact Portatech because I had only one year warranty. I believe if I had a problem the Portatech IT person will have help solve the problem.

The process was streamlined well enough that someone with very little IT knowledge could build a decent PC with minor assistance from more knowledgeable friends. Prices are raised in some cases, but I'd rather have it tested, approved, and guaranteed to work.
