This is my first time piecing together a system online and it was super easy. I had to ask coworkers what some of the terms meant but other than that, I would recommend this site to anyone! Great pricing too! Chuck

Once I was familiar with the layout of the home page I found it very eay to navigate exactly where I needed to go. Wide selection of parts, even hard to find parts. Great prices. Only 4/5 because I always check for a phone number on customer support. I like being able to talk to a human if there are problems instead of an email they may go...hopefully it won't come to that!

Item was well boxed will all screws and cables in separate bags. All documentation was in an envelope. Shipping was by FedEx and as expected arrived a day earlier then first projected. I ordered a barebones kit and the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the heat sink clamp was loose. I had to push the lever over to fully clamp it. I doubt any problems will arise from it though as it has already passed their test before shipping.

This is the 5th or 6th full pc build I have ordered from Portatech. Every system shipped has been sent and received on time. All PC's came with everything needed to have a successful running system. The prices are also very reasonable for what system you are receiving . Overall, great experiences. - The only reason for a 4 star is because one system was shipped without the OS installed already, however the install disc was provided and I just did it myself. No problems. Maybe could be for some.

I have ordered numberous times from poratech and this time was like every other time (great product at a great price). I got a motherboard and processor combo for cheaper then everywhere else I shopped. Another plus is that there are multiple options for shipping. All in all, a good experience.
