Richard the worst customer service employee
They have a customer service worker by the name of Richard who was very nasty. He yell and screamed and said he's the supervisor and if I wanted to cancel I could. I ordered a unit and was promised it Thursday July 2, 2020 it never arrived to I called to be told oh the driver can't make it. Then I was told I would receive it Friday the 3rd by 12 noon when I called I was verbally abused by this worker its 1pm and still no call or communication from this company.
