I am writing to express my severe frustration regarding the consistent delays in processing my deposits. This issue has occurred multiple times, and the current delay is unacceptable. I demand an immediate update on the status of my deposit and expect the amount to be credited to my account without further delay. Date:27/09/2026 Amount: 1,450.01 INR.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. The customer support is extremely disappointing. I have two payments stuck for around 8 months, and despite contacting support multiple times, nobody has properly resolved my issue. Eight months is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend everyone be careful before using this app. Very poor customer service and a terrible experience.

I have done top up of 1800 in cash it is more than 1 month. My money is not reflecting in icash when I have sent a mail to icash just saying not received. I have shared bank statement. Bank service request of chargeback . Bank confirmed money transfer successfully to icash beneficiary account. All documents shared with icash. Kindly think 10 times before any top up in icash. Very mental harrasment service of icash

They stollen my deposited money. Their third party vendors are big Cheators . Please do;nt believe them. I lost 10000 rupees and no reply from customer care from last 10 days

Very Bad Customer support, i requested for transfer Rs. 15000/- & Rs. 1000/- to my bank account from my icash.one wallet, but my amount is not received in my bank account till now, no solution from customer support, only mail support found and no response from support. Very bad, i dont recommend to others for use this website.
