Service is useless
Wouldn’t accept new policy even when I have existing policy with another Porsche through them. Had to cancel completely to bundle elsewhere. Customer service has gone downhill & no timeline on when they will accept policies again. Even with perfect record, no accidents or tickets. They push you away now.

Dear Mr. Kautz - Porsche Auto Insurance withdrew from the California market on July 31, 2023, and therefore we were unable to continue offering insurance to you after that date. We are currently working on options to re-enter California, but expect that to take a number of months.
